CODE & ETHICS FOR THE STUDENTS

The college has the following code & Ethics. Each applicant is suggested to read carefully and sign in the form provided by college.

AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

«  Provide authentic information during admission.

«  Provide attested photocopies of the certificates.

«  Pay the fees on time as agreed.

ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

«  Each student is required to maintain at least 85% attendance of their classes and attend in college activities.

«  If the student missed 10 lecture classes in each subject per semester or in six months,they are not allowed to appear in final Examination.

«  If a student need a leave, he/she has to fill up the leave application form stating the reasons for leave and also assure how do he/she plans to recover what he/she his missed.

«  The student must appear in Mid-Term , Pre-Board Exam, Quizes, and in the programs organized by the college.

«  They must submit their assignments within the time provided.

DISCIPLINE

«  Be polite, respect to the Principal, co-ordinator and faculties and the staff  of the college.

«  Show self respect, responsibility and respect at peer-group members and others.

«  Respect and appreciate the premises and the property of the college.

«  Come in the prescribed uniform only: long hair, tight uniforms and unnecessary jewelry is strictly prohibited.

«  Students must arrive to the college in proper time.

OFFENCES

«  If a student is found guilty, administration has right to take appropriate action against the student.

«  Behavior such as violence, intimidation and harassment is not tolerated if found guilty, strict action is taken against the students.

«  Chewing gums and use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited in college premises.

«  We discourage using mobile phones during the college time except unavoidable circumstances.

«  Absent in Internal Exam and deadline crossed assignments are discourage by the college.

FEES, CHARGES AND REFUND POLICY

«  The college makes every effort to ensure to make aware of its fees, charge and refund policy.

«  Students who register for classes have a legal obligation to pay all to tuition fees. Partial payment options are available during early registration.

«  The college may charge for extra service and resources provided such as photocopy , issuing of academics certificates, late fees, assessment re-sit fees and overdue fees etc.

«  Payment can be made by cash or direct deposit voucher.

«  Fees incorporate and admission fee, module fees , library fees, lab fees, university registration charge, transportation fees etc.

«  All forms of fees are non-transferable to other students.

«  All paid fees are non-refundable.

«  Note: If any kind of confussion occur, would be cleared by college administration.
